Take And the Broken Hip for example. J. Petto and his actor deserves a page because he's featured heavily in the episode. The man who told them they were getting served doesn't need a page because he had a few lines and was featured less than a minute

The waitresses burgers aren't necessary. I normally put them to contain more than 4 pages. The Empty page was created by Wikia so I guess you could edit on it.
